  • Brisket Point (~3.5–4 lb): The marbled, flavor-rich end of the brisket. Perfect for burnt ends or shredding into juicy barbecue.
  • Brisket Flat (~3–4 lb): The leaner, more uniform end. Best for slicing, oven roasting, or smoking when presentation matters.
